All copyright, intellectual, properties remain the property of Horizzon Infotech if the software is developed at Horizzon Infotech. If not then if in case its a software ( script ) from a third party, then the rights remain with the original owner, and the reproduction is on buyers responsiblity. Horizzon Infotech is not liable for any copyright issues.
If in case there is any copyright issues, the complete responsiblity is of the buyer. Horizzon Infotech is not responsible for any issues genereated due to that.
The client is not allowed to produce copies of the software, except one (1) copy for back up purposes. The client acknowledges that Horizzon Infotech will not be liable for any damage to the clients computer system.
Horizzon Infotech reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the horizzoninfotech.com Web Sites and Services are offered.
Any typographical, clerical or other accidental errors or missions in Sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller.
The specification for the Goods shall be those set out in the Sales documentation. Horizzon Infotech reserves the right to make changes in the specification of the Goods.
Subject to any special terms agreed in writing or published on the web site the Seller, the Seller shall invoice the buyer for the net sum due to the goods on or at any time after dispatch of the Goods.
The Buyer shall pay the price of the Goods on the payment date started in the Contract or if no express provision for the time of payment is contained in the Contract within 10days after the date of invoice notwithstanding the delivery may not have taken place and/or that the property in the Goods has not passed to the Buyer. The time of payment of the price shall be of the essence of the Contract. Receipts for payment will be issued only upon request.
If the Client Cancel the project within 10 days of first payment made, charge will be calculated as per the work Developed within 10 Days. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the Client shall be liable to pay for all work completed.
Data Delivery of any Job
Horizzon Infotech is not responsible for any damage/loss of client’s product/services whether it is website/software/graphics/content or any other stuff developed/provided by us after project delivered.
Any client has no right to claim any data/code/document/original file of his/her project/service. In exceptional cases, management will be authorised to do the needfull and it will be charged extra.
Horizzon Infotech is fully authorised to sell/use client’s product/service provided by us if final payment is not cleared.
Job Coding Related
If the project is develop by Horizzon Infotech So client need to tell to Horizzon Infotech for any website related update. If client manage website from any other developer so Horizzon Infotech is not responsible for any updates, maintenance or any coding damage. Client need to pay extra charges as per project updates in case of project is modified by another company.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Designing, Website Maintainance & Software Consultancy Services Payment is Not Refundable after 10 Days. Website & other Development payment Refund is subject to complete of job status. Once Job is started Payment is not refundable. Online Payment Refund Policy is depend on job status.
We understand, however, that exceptional circumstance may occur due to the nature of the services we supply, so please, get acquainted with our Refund Policy before you order our software services to avoid dissatisfaction after the purchase.
You have the unconditional right to claim and receive a full refund for the software services within 10 days following the day of your purchase.
